Complaints may be submitted to the Authority by:-


Calling 800-8288 between the hours of 8am and 4pm Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

In Person

Visiting the offices of the Authority at #5 Eighth Avenue Extension, Off Twelfth Street, Barataria, Trinidad and Tobago or our Tobago Office at Shop #D 48 Gulf City Lowlands Mall, Lowlands, Tobago between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
