Data Forms

The following forms must be completed by concessionaires:

• Market Data forms

• Determination 2001/01 Forms
 

 1. Market Data Forms

Pursuant to Section A28 of the Concession Agreement, the following Forms listed in Table 1 below are to be completed by concessionaires and submitted to the Authority via one of the following:

         E-mail to marketdata@tatt.org.tt

         Regular mail or by hand to the Authority's Head Office, located at #5 Eighth Avenue Extension, Barataria

Market Data Forms to be submitted quarterly shall be submitted no later than six (6) weeks after the end of each calendar quarter. Market Data Forms to be submitted annually shall be submitted no later than six (6) weeks after the end of each calendar year.  This requirement is necessary to facilitate the timely publishing of the Quarterly Market Brief and the Annual Market Report. A submission schedule is included in Table 2 below.

2. Determination 2010/01 Forms                                             
                                             
Pursuant to the Determination 2010/01, the following forms as listed in Table 3 are to be completed by concessionaires providing International Services and submitted to the Authority via one of the following:

         E-mail to marketdata@tatt.org.tt

         Regular mail or by hand to the Authority's Head Office, located at #5 Eighth Avenue Extension, Barataria

As per Section 4.1 (4) of the Determination 2010/01, forms shall be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days after the end of the period to which the information relates. A submission schedule is included in Table 4 below.
