Mobile and Fixed Customer Survey
The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (the Authority) is conducting market assessments in the domestic retail mobile and fixed markets of Trinidad and Tobago, respectively.
To carry out these assessments, the Authority requires qualitative information from all stakeholders including consumers of mobile and fixed services. The Authority therefore needs a robust administration of a survey of existing customers in Trinidad and Tobago to determine consumer preferences and choice.
The output of these survey(s) are required to be of credible use for undertaking market assessments in both the domestic retail mobile and fixed markets.
