The Authority's Women Partner with Male Counterparts for Resilient Infrastructure
Although considered a male-dominated industry, female members of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, management and staff of the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, have been working shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts to ensure appropriate regulatory systems are in place for the facilitation of resilient network infrastructure by providers of telecommunications and broadcasting services.
ICT development particularly infrastructure, ICT usage and ICT skills are critical to Trinidad and Tobago’s digital transformation agenda. The Authority continues to play its part by focusing universal service initiatives on underserved, unserved, low income communities and the disabled.
