To protect our stakeholders from the possible spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (the Authority) has implemented the following processes for persons who wish to use our Consumer Complaint, Broadcasting Content Complaint, Equipment Certification Application, Licence Application and Concession Application services.
These processes are for persons wishing to access TATT’s services online. This serves to minimize the need for persons to visit our offices.

Applying for a Licence
- Download the Radiocommunications Licence Application (L1) form and appropriate Technical Specifications (TS) form(s) on the Forms page.
- Please note that the Amateur Radio Licence Application (L2) form shall be used for a person wishing to apply for an Amateur Licence.
- Complete and email the form along with copies of relevant documents to info@tatt.org.tt.
- Upon receipt of the application, TATT will contact you regarding the appropriate application fee, online or other payment options, any other required information and instructions for collection/delivery of the licence.

Equipment Certification
- Download the Equipment Certification Application Form
- Complete and email the form along with copies of relevant documents, to info@tatt.org.tt
- Certification of radio equipment already held in Customs or at a port of entry must be explicitly stated in the email to TATT
- TATT will respond to emailed application with instructions for collection/delivery of the equipment certificate

Applying for a Concession
- Download the Concession Application Form
- Complete, sign and email the form along with copies of relevant documents, to info@tatt.org.tt
- Upon receipt of the application, TATT wil contact you regarding the appropriate application fee, online or other paymnet options, any other required information and instructions for colection of the concession

TATT Payment Options
Payments can be made through any of the following options:

At TATT’s offices in Barataria and Tobago. |

Online direct to the TATT Bank Account at First Citizens, San Juan Branch Account #1388147. |
| 3. |
In person at any branch of First Citizens #1388147.

Via online credit card payment by sending an email to receivables@tatt.org.tt confirming customer name, particular of the payment and amount to be paid. TATT will then send an email with the link to make the payment. |
Customers are to email the bank receipt / copy of cheque to cashier@tatt.org.tt with the file reference number/call sign if applicable when using options 2 and 3 above.
