A Consumer who is dissatisfied with the response or the outcome of a complaint lodged with a provider of any public telecommunication or broadcasting service may lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago.

Such consumers may also call the office of the Authority via its toll free number 800-TATT  regarding the complaint.  Please note that this facility cannot be used if the complaint pertains to monetary compensation.

Complaints about interference

If you are experiencing interference on your licensed radio communications equipment you can complain to the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago.

Complaints about Broadcasting Content

If you are concerned about  content you have heard or seen on radio or television respectively, you can complain to the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. The Authority will investigate the matter and administer legally enforceable sanctions against the broadcaster.
