Agreements of Providers

Interconnection Agreements of Providers

Pursuant to Regulation 18(2) of the Telecommunications (Interconnection) Regulations the Authority is required to publish the interconnection agreements of providers. This is in keeping with its role of establishing conditions for an open market for telecommunications services including conditions for fair competition. However, in light of Section 80 of the Telecommunications Act Chap. 47:31, the Authority has redacted information which has been identified by the providers as commercially sensitive and now publishes the following for public notice:

2012 Interconnection Agreement between Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) and Lisa Communications Limited
2012 Interconnection Agreement between Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) and FLOW (formerly Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited)
2012 Supplemental Interconnection Agreement between Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) and FLOW (formerly Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited)
2013 Interconnection Agreement between Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited and FLOW (formerly Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited)
Concessionaires who make requests in accordance with Regulation 18 (2)(b), will receive copies of the versions of the Agreements that excludes information deemed by the Authority to be commercially sensitive.

Access Agreements of Providers

Pursuant to Regulation 17 of the Telecommunications (Access to Facilities) Regulations the Authority is required to publish the access agreements of providers. This is in keeping with its role of establishing conditions for an open market for telecommunications services including conditions for fair competition.

However, in light of Section 80 of the Telecommunications Act Chap. 47:31, the Authority has redacted information which has been identified by the providers as commercially sensitive and now publishes the following for public notice:
