The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, “the Authority” has established a standard and transparent vendor pre-qualification process. This initiative aims to register and prequalify all suppliers and contractors who are interested and proficient in providing goods or services/works in specific areas to the Authority.
The following are the steps in becoming pre-qualified as a Vendor with the Authority:
Step 1
Vendor Registration: All suppliers and contractors are required to complete and submit the online forms with all supporting documentation.
All vendors are required to complete the Vendor Prequalification Form (General Use).
Individuals and Sole Traders are required to complete the Vendor Prequalification Form (Individuals and Sole Traders)
Step 2
Vendor Pre-qualification Information submitted would be evaluated based on requirements according to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act. The vendor would be updated on their prequalification status.
