Since its establishment in July 2004, the Authority has actively engaged in initiatives to determine the strictest possible internationally acceptable limits for radio-frequency radiation from all radio transmitting equipment in Trinidad and Tobago and ensure providers of telecommunications and broadcasting services abide by these strict limits.
