Training Workshops

Tech4Girls (Ages 15+)

Tech4Girls is a one-day workshop designed to empower young women with foundational AI and digital leadership skills. Participants, both online and through AccessTT Centres across Trinidad and Tobago, explore how artificial intelligence is transforming decision-making, innovation, and future careers. In collaboration with CANTO, GSMA, the Ministry of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence, and corporate partners like bmobile and FLOW, TATT has engaged thousands of girls and young women across the Caribbean in AI-focused modules during events such as “AI Skills for Success” and “EmpowHERing Leadership through AI.”

The goal is clear: to bridge the gender gap in technology, ignite interest in STEM, and provide equal opportunities in the digital economy. The Tech4Girls workshop is hosted annually in April in recognition of Girls in ICT Day, an ITU-backed global initiative that celebrates and promotes the inclusion of women and girls in the ICT sector. By aligning with this international movement, TATT reinforces its commitment to creating a more inclusive, innovative, and digitally empowered society.
