End of Forbearance
Broadcast of US Network Stations ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX channels
The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT) has directed subscription television broadcasting service providers (also known as “cable TV providers”) to remove the U.S. free-to-air network stations ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX from their channel line-up unless they have obtained the rights to broadcast the stations.
Where the rights are not obtained, these U.S. stations will need to be removed on a phased basis over a one (1) year period, with one (1) station being removed every 4 months starting from 30th December 2025.
